Brandon Hunt - Director

Brandon is an avid filmmaker with a specialization in post-production. He’s developed trailers for gaming companies and freelances as a graphic designer and after effects artist. Brandon is lead singer in the metal band Destroy the Colossus, and has co-directed, edited and starred in the fan-favorite film Weird Science Whatever. Brandon holds a B.A. in Cinema from San Francisco State University, and The Duty of Living marks his directorial undead debut.

John Meredith – Producer

John is an award-winning filmmaker and a passionate storyteller. John has directed, filmed, written, edited, and produced several short films spanning several genres. His films, including his thriller Lure, have screened at several cities including Austin, San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. John also has a business background, owning and operating a successful real estate business in the East Bay Area for over 20 years. John is currently in development on two features, his first full-length feature film Why Do I Cry and another untitled feature project.

George Retelas - Producer

George is an award-winning independent filmmaker and professional photographer. He’s written and directed several short films that have premiered at festivals with great reception. Including the vampire thriller Johnny Off the Spot and the Frankenstein love story Me So Lonely. He’s been executive producer to the mafia drama Made Men that premiered at the Sonoma International Film Festival, and is in development for his feature-length directorial debut Junior College. George holds a B.A. in Communications at California State University, Stanislaus and an M.S. in Mass Communications at San Jose State University.

Brandon Fraley - Director of Photography

Brandon is a breakthrough cinematographer and visual arts maven. A sample of his short films have won awards as well as premiered throughout the country, including Dormez Vouz at the Palm Springs Short Film Festival, til Undeath Do Us Part at the Sacramento International Horror Festival, and Revolver at the Festivus Film Festival in Denver. Brandon is currently working as a cinematographer and music video director in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Area.

Grant Ellis - Assistant Director

Grant is an audiovisual engineer specialist. He’s done broadcast production and writing for Kakutougi Japan a mixed martial arts news site, and is currently on the production team for The Dead Pixels. He’s won awards for editing and directing for multi-media segents in Manteca, CA and Provo, UT. Grant is currently a student at The Art Institute of California - Sunnyvale studying for a B.S. in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production.

Cameron David - Audio Engineer

Cameron recently graduated Valedictorian from the Ex'pression College for Digital Arts receiving a B.A.S. in Sound Arts. Spending time as a movie theater projectionist in Alameda, CA exposed him to many aspects of the final commercial delivery of film and with his formal training in all things audio, he looks forward to working on honing his craft and producing quality movies for all to enjoy.

Tom Darter - Composer

Tom loves telling stories with sound. He has won several composition awards, played keyboards on numerous Jerry Goldsmith film scores, and arranged two albums for the Kronos Quartet. He has taught music theory and composition at Roosevelt University (in Chicago), and electronic studio techniques at USC. He was also the founding Editor of Keyboard magazine. His most recent project was composing an original score for the Las Positas College production of Metamorphoses, in which he also acted. He holds a Doctorate in music composition from Cornell University.
